SESSION CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICIES
 

RESERVING A SESSION: Clients are solely responsible for the booking and cancelling of their session. Clients may book an appointment online through their account through www.bodiedbyz.com.

BOOKED: Clients are required to enter their scheduled session with a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, it is considered a no show and Bodied by Z will count that as a session. 

​

CANCELLATIONS: Bookings may be cancelled without penalty by cancelling up to 12 hours prior to the start time. This may be done online via a client’s account, or by e-mailing contact@bodiedbyz.com  and confirming with staff. Once the session is cancelled within this time, the session will be returned to the clients' account, and the client will not be charged the cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of $5 will charged to your account if you do not cancel 12 hours before your session.

PACKAGES: If you do not cancel your session within the 12-hour window, a late-cancel fee of $5 will be charged to your account and the session will be returned. If you do not cancel and you do not show up for your scheduled session, that counts as a session. Membership packages are personal to the member and is non assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable once activated.

MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP: If you do not cancel within the 12-hour requisite window, a late-cancel fee of $5 will be charged to your account. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your scheduled session, a no-show fee of $15 will be charged to your account. If you are on an auto debit contract or unlimited package and do not have a working card on file for such fees, your package will be reduced by one day and your auto debit contract will be suspended upon the subsequent month’s renewal.

PACKAGE PURCHASES; CREDIT CARDS ON FILE; AUTO DEBIT

PACKAGE & MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES: By purchasing a package from Bodied by Z, you agree to the Terms and Conditions in full (see above). Packages cannot be shared between members. 

​

Specially priced packages and memberships may not be extended, transferred, refunded, or shared. Packages and monthly memberships will activate on the first session booked. The expiration date set on an expiring package is the date on which the package may no longer be used. Members purchasing expiring packages do so with the understanding of these terms and agree to be bound by such.

​

CREDIT CARD ON FILE: Members may elect to keep a credit card on file using their Bodied by Z account online. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder gives permission to the Bodied by Z staff to charge the card for any auto-debit packages and/or cancellation fees accrued in accordance with Bodied by Z, cancellation policy detailed above.

AUTO-DEBIT: By enrolling in an auto-debit contract, you authorize Bodied by Z to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account you specified, for the monthly payments on your unlimited auto-debit plan associated with your account, on the billing due date. You understand and acknowledge that (1) Bodied by Z will initiate transfers/charges pursuant to this authorization not to exceed the amount show on you Membership Agreement and/or in connect with cancellation fees per the cancellation policy. Bodied by Z may discontinue processing of recurring charges if it is unable to secure funds from your debit/card due to, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided; (2) the Bodied by Z booking system allows for booking through the week regardless of the billing date of your contract; (3) if you are booked in a session past the subsequent billing date, and your debit/credit card fails to bill properly, that you will be removed from any booking past the subsequent billing date and notified via electronic mail; (4) if you are removed from booking due to the circumstances as described, it may not be possible to place you back into the class for which you were originally booked and that you will not be given any priority in waitlisted classes; (5) it is your responsibility to keep a current card on file with accurate billing information. Bodied by Z cannot be held responsible for errors in processing due to expired or inaccurate information.

DOWNLOADS/DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY (e-BOOKS,PDF)

All sales are final. Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. We regret, therefore, that once the product has been puchased by you, your order may not be cancelled or refunded. If, however, you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased product, then help is available - please see your purchase invoice/receipt for our support contact details.

COPYRIGHT POLICY 

The “prohibited uses” of your downloads are:

(a) the publication, sale, licensing, sub-licensing, renting, transferring, transmission, broadcasting, distribution or redistribution of any ebook (or part thereof) in any format;

(b) the editing, modification, adaptation or alteration of any ebook (or part thereof), and the creation of any derivative work incorporating any download (or part thereof);

(c) the use of any ebook (or part thereof) in any way that is unlawful or in breach of any person’s legal rights under any applicable law, or in any way that is offensive, indecent, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;

(d) the use of any ebook (or part thereof) to compete with us, whether directly or indirectly;

(e) any commercial use of any ebook (or part thereof); and

(f) the circumvention or removal of, or any attempt to circumvent or remove, the technological measures applied to any ebook for the purpose of preventing unauthorised use.

6.5 You warrant to us that you have access to the necessary computer systems, media systems, software and network connections to receive and enjoy the benefit of your ebooks.

6.6 All intellectual property rights and other rights in the ebooks not expressly granted by these terms and conditions are hereby reserved.

6.7 You must retain, and must not delete, obscure or remove, copyright notices and other proprietary notices on or in any ebook.

6.8 The rights granted to you in these terms and conditions are personal to you, and you must not permit any third party to exercise these rights.

6.9 If you breach any provision of these terms and conditions, then the licence set out in this Section 6 will be automatically terminated upon such breach.
